II. CHARGING/PRICES-RATES/DISCOUNTS/REFUNDS
Memories2Music, LLC prices, rates & payment structure are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to the public or end users at the sole discretion of the Owners and Operators.
Payment Methods
M2M, LLC Accepts checks, money orders and all major credit and debit cards supported by our processor, including but not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Additional Fees/Charges:
The following fees and charges apply to any product and/or service offered, listed in our current products and services catalog. Please see our M2M Process page as well.
Processing Charge = An additional $10.00 fee for scanning photos or developing negatives must be added to process any orders where materials to be converted and/or created are not provided or submitted to us on disc or flash/thumb drives or electronically/online.
Rush Orders = An additional $20.00 fee will be added to all orders requesting to be expedited and completed sooner than the normal timeframes listed within the shipping and handling section of our Terms and Conditions.
Late Payments regarding membership renewals or services will be charged an additional $5.00 fee if thepayment is received 3 or more business days after the set due date.
Insufficient Funds =Any fees incurred by Memories2Music, LLC related to a customer's returned or cancelled check or Money Order will result in an immediate termination or cancellation of processing the requested order or service. The processing of the order/service may be resumed at the sole discretion of the owners/operators with an additional charge or fee determined by Memories2Music,LLC to the customer or end user. Memories2Music, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order where the payment of said order is not fulfilled within the required processing timeframe, due to insufficient funds or due to any type of contact or payment information error.
Discounts
All discounts will be available for a limited time only, after which the price will return to the current rate(s) listed in the M2M catalog for all products and services to the general public. Discount Prices are subject to change and/or be terminated at any time at the discretion of the owner or promoter and/or any third parties involved.
Refund/Replacement Policy
All sales are final once product processing has begun or has been completed. No refunds will be offered. However, any product order or service that does not function properly or comply to stated obligations may be replaced within 30 days of order pending that a detailed description of the issue is submitted to Memores2Music, LLC. Simply return the defective disc(s) or product with an explanation of the malfunction within the afore mentioned timeframe and we will test and determine to replace your order or take the appropriate course of action to adequately & fairly resolve the issue within the opinion of Memories2Music, LLC. Manufacturer warranties will be enforced and applied for all products sold, if necessary and reported & returned within the applicable timeframe of product in question.
