Termination of memberships, ongoing orders and/or service may occur at any time, if any end user or consumer breaches any applicable portion of the conditions stated within Memories2Music, LLC Terms and Conditions, policies and/or buyer agreement procedures.
Memories2Music, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any and all current terms and conditions applicable to this website, page, business operations or agreements at any time based upon the sole discretion of the owner(s) of this business, organization and/or entity.
All end users or customers of Memories2Music, LLC will be bound by adhering to the daily operating procedures and applicable terms and conditions of this business, including any terms and conditions agreed to with all other third party entities or organizations regarding the completion and interaction of this service to the consumer.
Memories2Music, LLC shall not be liable for failing or delaying performance of its obligations resulting from any condition beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, governmental action, acts of terrorism, earthquake, fire, flood or other acts of nature/God, labor conditions, power failures, and Internet or other network disturbances.
Proprietary Rights. Nothing contained in this Agreement conveys any ownership right to Us in any of the individual portions or pieces of Authorized Content, or other materials provided by the customer or end user used to create the finished or completed product or service. However, in using these services, you acknowledge that as between You and Memories2Music, LLC, we own all rights, tittles, and interest in and to the finished products or services and portions thereof, creatively designed, produced and published by Memories2Music, LLC to you the customer or consumer, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights.
WARNING - NOT TO RESELL OR DUPLICATE M2M MATERIALS. No person, organization or entity may resell or duplicate, for the purposes of profit or monetary gain, any of the finished products produced, displayed, and/or distributed without the expressed, authorized permission of Memories2Music, LLC.
