IMPORTANT PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
 *You may send your pictures and/or video clips to us one of three ways:
(1) Online:
♦upload your picks using a YouSendIt, Walmart PhotoCenter, Google, Comcast or similar account of your choosing...
♦upload them to our FB Page - private message us...
♦email them directly to our contact email address ...
(2) By Mail on a CD or ThumbDrive containing your photos and/or your video clips...
(3) By Mail sending us copies of your actual photos to be scanned or negatives to be developed. see T&C Processing Charge
PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEOS SENT TO US VIA MAIL:
I. ORGANIZE YOUR PHOTOS:
1.Put them into the sequence you want them displayed in the video…
2.Next, label and number each photo, in the event that they fall out of sequence during shipment. Number the photos starting with "one" (1) and count upwards. We recommend labeling your photos one of two ways: 1) write the number on a sticky note and attach it to the back of the photo, or 2) write the number on the back in pencil.
{Note: Do not press too hard on the photo to avoid damage}
FOR DIGITAL PHOTOS/VIDEOS on DVD, THUMB DRIVES, or UPLOADED ONLINE:
3.To ensure the video photos and/or clips are in the order you'd like, please change the name of the pic or video file to be in the sequence that you’d like for them to appear within the DVD > (example: "011.jpeg, 022.jpeg, etc.")
4.Be sure to include all necessary items for project to be processed and completed ASAP. (photos, music CDs, additional instructions and completed order form., Check or Money Order, if necessary..., etc.)
*PLEASE SEND US COPIES AND NOT THE ORIGINALS TO ENSURE THEY ARE NOT DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING…*
NOTE: M2M will handle your materials with the utmost care and consideration. However, we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the transportation of your materials to us. For that reason, we would encourage you to carefully & properly pack your order for shipping. Once again, we recommend creating and sending duplicates instead of the original materials. It is also recommended that you ship your package to us using a reliable and traceable shipping service such as: (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.).
We will do the same when sending everything back to you.
Payment by check or money order is acceptable; however, since checks require more time to clear, the check must be included with your mailed materials in order to expedite processing your order.

IV. SIT BACK AND ENJOY YOUR DVD
•Once payment is received -- we will prepare your order & send your finished DVD to you along with any materials you have sent to us. You should allow a maximum turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. (If you need the DVD sooner, a rush order option is available for an additional fee of $20.00)
